FAQ’s — The AriEl Experience
How many guests can I book?
A minimum booking of 4 guests is required and the maximum is 20 guests.
What if the time slot I want isn’t available?
If the time you need for your AriEl Experience isn’t shown in our booking calendar, please get in touch. Our available time slots are provided as a guide, and we’re happy to be flexible where possible.
For example, if your venue booking starts at 1:30pm but the closest available slot is 1:00pm, we can usually adjust the timing to suit your event.
If you can’t find a suitable time, please contact us at info@arieljewelsofficial.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Where can The AriEl Experience take place?
The AriEl Experience is fully mobile and can be hosted in your home, rented space or at a chosen venue. It is ideal for celebrations such as girls nights, baby showers, birthdays, and hen parties.
Do you travel?
Yes — travel is included within South Yorkshire.
Do you provide the venue?
No — the venue or home space must be arranged by the customer. We bring The AriEl Experience to your chosen location.
Please ensure permission is obtained from your venue for external suppliers. Evidence of permission may be requested before your event.
How long is the experience?
The jewellery-making experience lasts 90 minutes and begins once set-up is complete and all guests are ready.
How long do you need for set-up?
We require approximately 15 minutes to set up before the experience begins. Please ensure access to your table or designated space is available shortly before your booking time.
Can we drink alcohol?
Yes — where permitted by your chosen venue or home setting.
Do I need jewellery-making experience?
No experience is required. The AriEl Experience is fully guided and suitable for all abilities. Support is provided throughout the session so guests can relax and enjoy the creative process.
What is included?
• 90-minute guided jewellery experience
• Create one necklace and one bracelet per guest

• Full hosting and guidance throughout the experience
How does booking work?
Bookings are secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance and final guest numbers are due 7 days before your event.
Once confirmed, guest numbers cannot be reduced and pricing will be based on the final number provided.
